Terry R. Schultz O.D., F.A.A.O.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Dr. Schultz grew up in Falconer, graduated from Falconer
Central School and attended Jamestown Community College.
He received his B.S. in Physiological Optics at The
Ohio State University and his O.D. degree (Doctor of
Optometry) from The Ohio State University College of
Optometry in 1974. He has practiced in Jamestown since
1974.
He was admitted to the American Academy of Optometry
(a post-doctoral fellowship) in 1991.
Dr. Schultz is a member of the Southwestern Optometric
Society, N.Y. State Optometric Association, American
Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry.
He is past president of the Southwestern Optometric
Society and has served as president and director of
Vision Service Plan (V.S.P.) in New York State.
Dr Schultz lives in Lakewood with his wife, Brenda,
and his sons, James and Thomas.

Dr. Gregory L. Jones graduated from Syracuse University
with a B.A. in 1966. After serving three years as an
officer in the United States Army he returned to school
earning a B.S. in Visual Science in 1972 and his Doctor
of Optometry degree with honors in 1974 from the Illinois
College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Jones is a member and
past president of the Southwestern New York Optometric
Assn, a member of the New York State and American Optometric
Associations. He also has served as a board member of
Vision Service Plan headquartered in Sacramento California.
Dr. Jones and his wife Susan
have two adult children. He is active in several community
organizations to include being past president of the
Jamestown Rotary Club.

Dr. Henry W. Molé joined the practice with Dr. Schultz
and Dr. Jones in August 1991. Henry was born and raised
in Jamestown and graduated from JHS in 1984. After graduation,
he attended JCC and the University of Buffalo before
pursuing his professional education at Indiana University.
At Indiana University, Dr. Molé obtained his Bachelor
of Science degree in Optometry and received his Doctor
of Optometry Degree with high distinction in May 1991.
He received the BSK Honor Society Award for graduating
Valedictorian of his Optometry class.
Dr. Molé served six years on the board of the Chautauqua
Blind Association. He is a member of the American Optometric
Association, New York State Optometric Association,
and is currently serving as president of the Southwestern
Society of Optometrists. He is a speaker for SABA and
does numerous speaking engagements to schools on their
behalf.
He enjoys outdoor activities, especially golf and tennis.
He resides in Kiantone with his wife Rochelle and his
two daughters, Rachel Alexis and Rosemarie Frances.

Christopher J. Colburn, O.D., F.A.A.O.

|
Dr. Colburn joined Spectrum Eyecare in December 2000.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology
from Penn State University in 1994 and his Doctor Of
Optometry degree from the SUNY College of Optomety (NYC)
in 1998. Dr. Colburn also completed a one year residency
in Family Practice at the University of Alabama at Birmingham,
where he provided primary and acute care as well as
completing clinical rotations in corneal pathology,
retinal pathology and contact lenses.
Dr Colburn is a New York State Certified Low Vision
Specialist, InfantSee Volunteer and a Fellow of the
American Academy of Optometry. He is President of the
Southwestern Society of the New York State Optometric
Association and an appointed Vice President of the New
York State Optometric Association.
Dr. Colburn lives in Lakewood, N.Y. with his wife Dr.
Jill Colburn and daughter Lucy.
